For sale is a decent unit of Philips 1960s vintage tube radio receiver, model B4G17U, dated back to the 1960's.

It operates on 200 to 250 volt mains, with a nice set of all yellow label Mullard tubes.

It works on AM & FM stations with Superheterodyne mode of reception. The speaker is of permanent magnet /alnico type, capable of producing crystal clear audio stage. There is no background noice for FM broadcast, only pure audio and musical signal. It is a wonderful classic vintage radio.

Prospective owner can rest assured that the radio is in sound working order. In fact, it has been thoroughly checked and overhauled with capacitors replaced.

The unit is to be collected in Kowloon City after a brief audition.
