首當其衝係肝臟
最常見係變壞咗嘅花生,但係即使冇變壞,都有可能有微量嘅 aflatoxin
如果有肝病、乙型肝炎帶菌者、脂肪肝、肝硬化等等,再食埋aflatoxin,好大機會有肝癌
我相信好多朋友都知道變壞花生會致癌,但係我估唔係咁多人知道好多五穀類同堅果,同樣可以有aflatoxin
所以有啲嘢冇得慳錢,一定要買新鮮,買貴少少靚少少
