有人問點解natural會有G1咁奇怪, 呢支G1 係人手執到近乎0壞豆, 所以叫G1, 0-3 defect beans per 300g. - #27 [大豬人], 17-05-26 12:20講開磨豆機,我依家只有HARIO非陶瓷手磨

Baratza Sette 係新design,不是說外形,磨豆既machanism都係,食超少豆,入幾多出幾多,即是唔洗清機
手磨都係買好D好,冲出既味道係好大分别

我都想買Delonghi 電動磨,五百幾元那款。 - #40 [sun-sat], 17-05-26 20:55正常操作下,任何磨盤之間互不接觸,磨的是虛位內的物質,所以有金屬味陶瓷味是不可能的。但是陶瓷表面是粗糙的,啡粉會附着,每次用時上次附着的粉會脫落,形成霉味。用久了的陶刀放在溫水水會變色,就是殘粉做成。
