I believe we need to take into consideration not only the space but also the time limitation for every event as audiofire hing needs to close his place at a certain time and get rest. We should organize the matching gears in a way every participant would have a chance for testing. More interesting gears may take longer and we need to be fair in arranging this. If necessary, by groups or by topic. Meanwhile, I would suggest we limit the number to around 10.

Depends on how long the whole event is going to take. I reckon we may consider to do this after the matching for a 15-20 minutes discussion.
Suggest all participants should bear in mind this topic and prepare to come with proposals.
