Actually, I have plan to use TPS7A4700. But it is impossible for me to fabricate proper PCB with sufficient heat dissipation to hold the package in VQFN. So, will have to order the EVM evaluation module version [as in the photo you posted] which costs almost $180/pc.
Any recommendation for brand of film cap for CNR?
BTW, what is the full name for MLCC?

From LT since 2012 : TPS7A4700 [+ve], TPS7A33 [-ve],
From NS since 2005 : LP2989
From TI since 2005 : LP3878
Data sheets for above indicate much lower noise level than old ones like 78xx, 79xx, LM317, LM337, etc - 返回 ...
I didn't get the EVM module, I got my PCB from Ian which is smaller and less expensive than TI, will send you PM on the url since if I put their url here it will get deleted for no reason. The 4700 is excellent if you use it for digital circuit, for analog I am using the UCC super reg.
