- #95 [drchan], 12-03-15 22:20Last Saturday HiFi gathering connected 15" Full Range Speakers with 400watts single ended 833c tube power amplifier, the sound so good, everybodies agreed it will works much better with tube amplifier instead of solidstate amplifier.
- #94 [drchan], 12-02-09 20:16Today setup the 15" Full Range Speakers with Mark 32 preamplifier and 432 power amplifier.
The Mark 432 400Watts per channel is so powerful plus Mark 32 very fine control preamplifier, the Hi Fi sound so good that I have never heard before!
Interested R33 members may come to my studio again to enjoy together.

I am now enjoying the performance of this pair of 15inches Full Range Speakers!!!

However I would like to demostrate to visitors tomorrow during their visit to my workshop.
I think it is a very interesting HiFi equipment to everybody.

Dr. Richard Chan - #81 [drchan], 11-11-27 19:45The market current ac/dc design most of them use solistate diode rectifiers plus Electrolyte capacitor without choke is to save cost.
The best HiFi sound ac/dc power supply should use vacuum tubes full wave rectifier plus single Pi or even double Pi, the combination of choke and oil filled capacitor.
I suggest you may start with single Pi system, 10 uf capacitor, 10H choke than 40 uf oil filled capacitor.
